  • 1hr On-Ice/day (shooting, speed, skills and competition at Bill Burgoyne on Thur/Fri and Seymour-Hannah on Saturday) 

  • 1.5hrs Dryland/day (strength, power, speed, mobility & agility at Athlete Farm Niagara)

  • 15min Semi-Private Shooting Session/day (coaching & analysis in The Shooting Lab) 

  • 30 min. Development Sessions/day 

  • Snack & Hydration provided each day
