The High Performance Athlete Program is designed specifically for advanced athletes with all sessions led by our High Performance Coaches.

Sessions are booked through our online booking calendar to keep your schedule flexible, but it is recommending to train on a consistent schedule to maximize results.

Monthly Memberships

Please note, these are monthly memberships. Your card on file will be automatically charged each month on the date of the original purchase.

We understand schedules change, especially when going from in-season to off-season or vice-versa - so no matter the package you choose, it can be paused, increased or decreased at any time as long as we are given 10 days notice ahead of your billing date.


Building the Total Athlete

The AFN Athlete Training program combines strength & conditioning, speed development, mobility & body control, nutrition, cognitive training, and performance analytics to build the total athlete.

Our High Performance Coaches are committed to each athletes’ success and dedicated to working alongside them throughout their athletic journey.

Throughout the off-season, each athlete will work through the phased progressions of their training program, building speed, power, mobility and strength. The AFN Athlete Training program will prepare athletes to perform at their highest level & unlock their greatness.

Powered by Vald Performance, we use technology to measure, track and analyze each athlete’s performance. Throughout their off-season, athletes will be utilizing the Vald Performance technology

Throughout the AFN Athlete Training Program, athletes will be utilizing technology each week to track their development. Specifically, this will be done during their performance assessments and at their Personal Performance Combines where they will receive detailed reports of their performance.
