Terms & Conditions

This agreement releases Athlete Farm Niagara from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during any training session with any member of Athlete Farm Niagara or any on ice session led by Athlete Farm Niagara. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Athlete Farm Niagara entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in physical training. These include but are not limited to injuries incurred during these training sessions. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By agreeing I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Athlete Farm Niagara for any reason. In return, I will receive athletic training. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. By agreeing below I acknowledge that I fully understand and agree to the above terms.

We at AFN believe that our Athletes should be celebrated so that we can continue to help more people! In the gym, we take photos, film instructional content, and create marketing material with real life candid moments that happen every day.

By checking the box below, you agree that photos of you captured in the gym may be used for any legal reason including but not limited to, publicity, web content, social media, and advertising.
