Open to athletes born between 2012 - 2015.
1.5hrs On-Ice/day (shooting, speed, skills and competition at Bill Burgoyne on Thur/Fri and Seymour-Hannah on Saturday)
1.5hrs Dryland/day (strength, power, speed, mobility & agility at Athlete Farm Niagara)
15min Semi-Private Shooting Session/day (coaching & analysis in The Shooting Lab)
30 min. Development Sessions/day
Snack & Hyrdation provided each day
Please note, athletes will need transportation from Bill Burgoyne Arena/Seymour-Hannah Arena to Athlete Farm Niagara.
