AFN’s training approach

  • Building the Total Athlete

Combining strength & conditioning, speed development, mobility & body control, nutrition, cognitive training, and performance analytics to build the total athlete.

  • PHASED PROGRAMMING

Throughout the off-season, each athlete will work through phased progressions of their training program, building speed, power, mobility and strength. The AFN Hockey-Off Season program will prepare athletes to perform at their highest level & unlock their greatness.

  • ENHANCED BY TECHNOLOGY

Throughout the program, athletes will utilize technology to track their development. The data is used to measure, track and analyze each athlete’s performance, and then modify their training as required.
